Each Crystal Light Bed healing consists of 20 minute sessions, the facilitator of the crystal light bed, Ann Joel, may at various times suggest you have a double, which means two sessions 40 minutes. The crystals radiate vibrant healing energy and colour (chromotherapy) to the respective energy centres that need balance or repair from illness.
A Crystal Light Healing will assist your physical well being as it: cleanses the chakras of negative energies ; opens the chakras and cleanses any blockages that impede the flow of your vital life force; it will realign, balance and correct the spin of each chakra; all while boosting the immune system. People usually come away from the session feeling energised, lighter and full of the joys of life. Though the outcomes are different for everyone. There is no limit to the number of sessions a person can have, once or twice a week or a fine tune of the body's energy system once a fortnight, it is up to you.
